Spring has finally arrived! This means you will have to get your roof cleared and cleaned from the leftover winter season.   1. Review your shingles/flashings:

You should also check for signs that your flashing is buckling or tearing away from your roof. Ensuring you patch or replace some shingles will help you ensure your roof lasts longer.

Cleaning your gutter system at least twice a year in the spring and fall seasons will prevent any water damage that can occur when they are clogged. It also helps prevent corrosion which could lead to costly repairs or a gutter replacement.  Therefore, it’s a good idea to clean your gutters regularly.

  1. Checking the Inside your attic and home:

Checking your attic and ceilings for signs of water damage, leaks, and mold. Or if you see staining or smell mildew.  You should call a professional roofer so they can find the exact cause of the damage in order to make a repair quickly.

  1. Trees nearby:
